We offer 3 levels of maintenance* and service coverage to fit your special needs.
Service Level 1 Package
- Replacement of memory backup batteries, relays and filters
- Inspection and tensioning of drive belts, inspection of oil level and safety devices
- Examination of the running characteristics of axis drives, ball screws and spindles
- Visual inspection
- Preparation and submission of test certificate
- Issuance and mounting of inspection sticker
Service Level 2 Package
- Level 1 service package plus
- Inspection of reversal backlash and adjustment of all ball screws
Service Level 3 Package
- Level 2 service package plus
- Replacement of axis and spindle drive belts
- Inspection and adjustment of axis geometries
